Vehicle crime

Hello.

we have seen a slight increase of car crime in the Carlton, Carlton Hill and Porchester area which we are working on to stop. To assist in reducing the thefts from the vehicles can we ask that vehicle owners secure their vehicles when vacated and do not leave any bags, purses, wallets money/change or electrical items/gadgets or value items in the vehicle or on display.  We have found the suspects are targeting these items in some of the incidents.  Kind regards Carlton Neighbourhood team.
